Intensive outpatient therapy allows patients to participate in at least nine hours of group therapy while living at home. Depending on the individual’s treatment plan, a range of modalities may be implemented. In IOP groups, clients learn emotional interventions that include: stress reduction, mindfulness techniques, DBT skills, and other tools to support recovery.
Our experienced, master’s-level therapists are knowledgeable in addiction and mental health issues. They deploy a range of modalities, including Solution Focused Therapy, Matrix Model, DBT, 12 Step Facilitation, EMDR and Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention. Our therapists also offer trauma-informed and trauma-responsive treatment.

INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT
Patients’ individual treatment plans may include a mix of medical interventions and behavioral health therapies, including individual or group therapy.
CAREFUL MONITORING
Our qualified team provides important tools and support to our patients. Random drug testing may be used to help ensure compliance during treatment.
