MarComm Intern

Marketing and Communications Intern will work to execute the planned marketing strategy from the ground up by working on web and marketing assets, website design and social media strategy. The intern will have the opportunity to work and develop basic competencies, skills in various aspects of marketing overall strategy. This will also give this team player an advantage of being part of a potential enterprise in the early stages.


• Management of social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter) and create content

• Corporate brand management

• Press releases

• Keyword and SEO strategy and management

• Create electronic and print marketing fliers, brochures, ads, social media banners, etc.

• Generate content for follow-up emails and email campaigns

• Refine scheduling and content of social media

• Engage in in-bound marketing and organic growth via social media

• Produce and distribute direct email campaigns

• Support Sales team with conferences

• Maintain and update critical information in our CRM system, and participate in various marketing related tasks/ projects

• Produce short videos for social media


While any major or academic focus will be considered, the preferred fields of study are as follows: Business: Marketing, Communications Liberal Arts: English, Creative Writing, Journalism Arts: Performing Arts, Graphic Design

• Creative thinking

• Minor Video production

• Graphic design a plus
